Bees: Listening to our Inner Voice for Mental Strength

Updated: Jun 23

Bees flying around colorful flowers in a vibrant garden. Bright yellows, pinks, and blues create a lively, cheerful scene.

When a garden is full of flowers, the bees come and visit. As they go from flower to flower, they experience the nectar from each one. Many times they have a long journey to go, and somehow they know how to find the lovely nectar of the flowers.

When we listen to our inner voice, it can show us which direction to go to find the flowers and prosper in joy and peace in our lives. This begins with connecting to our inner spaces.

With meditative techniques and listening to our inner voice, we can begin to discern which voice is our ego and conditioning and which voice is our true higher self.

When the voice creates separation, fear, and unrest, it is most likely our ego voice. When it creates a sense of security and peace, it is our higher self voice.

Understanding that the mind is filled with all the conditioned thoughts, behaviors, and survival skills that have accumulated throughout our lifetime, we realize the mind is just doing its best with what it has.

The more we become aware and study our internal workings, the more we build positive mental strength. When we begin to witness and observe our patterns and behaviors, we start to transform the conditioning towards our true natural state.

It is in this place that we can become like the bee and just begin to “know” who we are, and we can start to see where the flowers are blooming.

Cheers!
